Many of our items are from either ESTATE sales or bought out stock from a business. We do not know the history of the home or business they came from. Some items came from a smoke free home and others do not. Please assume that any item may need to be cleaned prior to use such as clothing as some items may have a Odor to them from storage or just from the environment they came from. All items are stored in a climate control environment once we buy them and are shipped out the next business day from purchase.
Once you receive the item please take a moment to leave us positive feedback as we would have already left you positive feedback. If for some reason there is a issue with the item please send us a message before doing anything else. More times then not we are able to resolve problems with out cases being open. Opening a case will not solve a problem any faster then just sending us a little description with the issue at hand.
