- If you just don’t like the product or changed your mind, please ship it back. We’ll gladly accept the return as long as the item is in the same condition your received it in.
- Unless the item is listed as “No Returns,” we accept product returns for 30 days.

SHIPPING

- Each item is packed with care and orders placed M – F before 4PM EST will ship the same day.
- In accordance with our carriers’ hours, we don’t ship on weekends or major holidays.
- We ship from Syracuse, NY via FedEx & USPS. FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes
- For your protection and our’s, we only ship to confirmed PayPal/eBay addresses.
- We do not currently ship to APO or FPO, Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories
SPECIAL INFORMATION FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- We ship internationally exclusively through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
- Due to customs and regulations in different countries, some items are ineligible for international shipping
- All plugs are US Standard plugs and may not work in other countries. We cannot accept returns due to international electrical issues so please check to be sure the item will work for you before you buy.
