Payment Method:  
Immediate payment is required.  A U.S. PayPal is the only valid payment method.  All major Credit Cards are accepted through PayPal including MC, Visa, AMEX and Discover.



Sales Tax:    
Sales Tax will be charged on all orders.  The tax amount is based on ship-to state, county, and district.  KitchenAid is owned by Whirlpool Corporation.  Whirlpool has a presence in all 50 states so we are required to charge sales tax.  As a result, we do not offer the ability to buy tax-exempt from our store.



International Buyers:

Shipping:    

All purchases are shipped via FedEx. Items usually ship within 1 business day following approval of your payment. Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method, consult FedEx for exact delivery times of their shipping methods. Orders shipped to Alaska , Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands require longer delivery times, reference FedEx for detailed shipping information. All items ship individually, we do not combine items for shipping at this time. We do not ship International (including Canada and Mexico); no exceptions will be made.  Shipments to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO can only be shipped via Economy Shipping (1-10 business days). Orders without a physical address will not be processed. National holidays require an extra business day for shipping.



Address Change Request:    

For security reasons, we can only ship to the address verified by your PayPal account at the time of purchase. If you need to change the address for an order you have placed, please message us immediately and cancel your order.  You may then re-place your order and specify the correct shipping address.
