Payment must be received within 4 business days after close of auction.
We accept PayPal only for online sales. We accept cash or debit/credit cards for in-store payments. Sales tax is applicable to Illinois residents only.
SHIPPING TERMS
• All shipping costs are non-negotiable.
• Insurance is included for all packages regardless of carrier.
• We will only ship to the PayPal registered address associated with the eBay account being used.
• Most of our listings can be shipped internationally via eBay Global Ship. Check auction details to see if we ship to your country.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APOs. No
exceptions. Please supply a physical address for delivery.
Shipment to Hawaii, Alaska & U.S. Territories are subject to increased costs. All items over $250 must be shipped with Signature Delivery Confirmation.
All items shipped via U.S. Postal Service are shipped via First Class, Priority or Media Mail Services, each with
Delivery Confirmation.
Delivery time
is 3-10 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer both UPS and USPS services for every auction. Check the shipping and handling tab provided by eBay for details. We ship Monday through Saturday. Items with payment received on Saturday through Sunday will not ship until the following Monday.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
WE DO NOT REFUND OUT OF POCKET FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE. If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, a claim must be filed with the appropriate carrier for you to receive compensation. You should keep all of the packaging material and boxes for a shipping claim. The original shipping charge is not included in the insured amount, only the merchandise value can be claimed.
IN-STORE PICKUP
There is no charge to pick up your item locally. We accept cash or credit card payments only. Please bring a valid ID for confirmation and your eBay item number for quick service. Illinois residents will be required to pay Illinois sales tax upon pickup.

CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel any auction at any point. We
reserve the right to cancel bids of
any eBay member with a negative feedback rating. We reserve the
right to re-list any item if
payment has not been received within 4 business days.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items that are not as described and must
be made within 30 business days of receiving the item. If an item is damaged in shipment or arrives non-functioning, then a claim must be filed (see “Shipping Damage” section above). Applicable serial numbers will be checked prior to refund of purchase price. Buyer pays shipping for return shipping in any “buyer’s remorse” situation. We reimburse shipping for items returned that did not match their product description.
