Shipping Policy:
We ship items using UPS, FedEX, and USPS. Choice of shipping carrier is under our discretion. Item will
be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received. We use the eBay
Global shipping program to most countries in order to protect our buyers and our company.
It is buyer’s responsibility to make sure the address is correct upon checkout.
Return Policy:
The seller reserves the right to offer full or partial refund upon communication of issue. If you simply
don’t like the product and it has not been used, the item will be accepted per the return policy. Cosmetic
or liquid item(s) issues are taken on case by case basis of the situation.
We offer 100% refund if the item is damaged before arrival, all you need to do is provide clear pictures
that demonstrates the damages. Defective situation must be noticed within 3 days after delivery.
