• We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• All items purchased must be return in the same condition as they were delivered in and in original packaging. They can not have been assembled and disassembled.
• Items defective upon receipt must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the problem.

International Returns:

• We ship globally Via eBay’s global shipping program (GSP). Thus we don’t cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item’s cost and not for the shipping.

  All international returns MUST be authorized by toposhop15 and done through the eBay returns page. Please do not send back products without contacting toposhop15 as the return address is different from the shipping address.

• Returns will only be accepted on new products that were not accurately described or arrive defective/damaged. Please contact toposhop15 within 10 days of shipment. Products must be in the same condition that you received them with their original packaging and cannot be used or expired.
• Products should be sent back using a trackable shipping method.
